Tolerances — As-cast to GB/T 6414 CT4–CT6; machined features to ±0.01 mm. Quality & Certification — ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV Rheinland, valid to Nov 2028) and IATF 16949:2016 (valid to Feb 2027). In-house lab: NSS/ASS/CASS salt-spray beyond 480 h, life-cycle, hardness, cross-cut adhesion, X-ray plating thickness, metallography.
