Testing Laboratory
Testing Laboratory
Our in-house testing laboratory is equipped to perform a comprehensive range of quality, reliability, and surface performance tests — all conducted on-site without relying on third-party labs. This gives us faster turnaround, tighter process feedback, and full traceability from production to shipment.
Corrosion & Surface Resistance Testing
- Salt Spray Testing — NSS (Neutral Salt Spray), ASS (Acetic Acid Salt Spray), and CASS (Copper-Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray) — covering the full range of international corrosion standards including ISO 9227 and ASTM B117
- X-Ray Plating Thickness — Non-destructive XRF measurement of electroplating layer thickness, verifying coating specifications without damaging the part
- Powder Film Thickness — Precision measurement of powder coating depth to verify compliance with 60–120 µm specification
- Potential Difference — Electrochemical potential measurement to assess galvanic compatibility and corrosion risk between dissimilar materials
Mechanical & Adhesion Testing
- Hardness Testing — Vickers, Rockwell, or Shore hardness measurement depending on material and application requirements
- Cross-Cut Adhesion — Grid-cut adhesion test (ISO 2409 / ASTM D3359) to evaluate coating bond strength and resistance to delamination
- Metallographic Analysis — Cross-sectional microscopy to examine coating layer structure, grain boundaries, and plating uniformity at a micro level
Reliability & Environmental Testing
- Life Cycle Testing — Simulated operational cycling to validate product durability and performance over its intended service life
- ESD Testing — Electrostatic discharge testing to ensure components meet ESD safety requirements for sensitive applications
- High & Low Temperature Cycling — Thermal shock and temperature cycling tests to verify dimensional stability and coating integrity across extreme temperature ranges
