Our die-casting facility is equipped with advanced machinery and a central feeding system that ensures product stability and consistency across every production run. With strict process controls and automated material delivery, we minimize human error and maintain tight tolerances at scale.
Equipment Overview
We operate 14 die-casting machines — 10 hot-chamber and 4 cold-chamber units:
- Hot - Chamber Machines — 10 units, 75T / 100T / 138T / 160T / 200T / 320T. Optimised for zinc and other low-melting-point alloys
- Cold - Chamber Machines — 4 units, 140T / 280T / 400T. For aluminium, magnesium and higher-melting-point alloys

Central Feeding System
Our centralized material feeding system delivers molten metal with precision timing and consistent pressure, ensuring each shot is uniform. This system is key to achieving high dimensional accuracy and repeatability across large production volumes.
